OUR 5-STEP SOURCING PROCESS

Our Sourcing Process

Five practical steps to help manage your procurement project in China.

The steps and potential deliverables below are adapted to the agreed project scope. Not every project includes every document, audit or inspection service.

  1. STEP 01

    Submit Your Requirements

Start with product names, specifications, images or drawings, expected quantities and your target market. Add packaging, customization and delivery needs where known. We organize the brief and record technical or commercial questions that still need confirmation.

    Key tasks

    • Review product specifications
    • Confirm quantity and customization needs
    • Record technical and market-access questions
    • Clarify delivery expectations

  2. STEP 02

    Supplier Sourcing & Evaluation

Our China-based team identifies and contacts manufacturers, reviews business licenses, registration details, operating addresses and qualification documents, and compares capabilities. Where agreed, we conduct a separate on-site factory audit. You review the findings before choosing a supplier.

    Key tasks

    • Find and contact candidate factories
    • Verify supplier registration and business information
    • Compare production capabilities
    • Report findings and open risks

  3. STEP 03

    Quotation & Sample Approval

We obtain and compare quotations, clarify specifications, MOQ, lead times and terms, and coordinate samples. Our in-house team supports OEM/ODM design and development for PPE, medical consumables and consumer goods where agreed. You approve key specifications, samples and purchasing terms before the factory proceeds.

    Key tasks

    • Compare supplier quotations
    • Coordinate pricing and MOQ discussions
    • Arrange sample development
    • Record buyer approvals of specifications and terms

  4. STEP 04

    Production & Quality Control

We track production milestones and refer proposed specification changes to you. Our team inspects goods at the factory against approved samples and requirements, reporting visible product and packing issues. You decide on acceptance and follow-up; the factory is responsible for production and agreed corrective work.

    Key tasks

    • Track production milestones
    • Coordinate supplier communication
    • Conduct on-site quality inspections
    • Follow up on identified issues

  5. STEP 05

    Shipping & Delivery

We receive goods from different factories at our own warehouse in China, consolidate cargo and arrange container loading. We coordinate packing and document inputs with suppliers and international transport with logistics providers. Cargo compatibility, carrier acceptance and destination responsibilities must be confirmed for each shipment.

    Key tasks

    • Receive and consolidate multi-supplier cargo
    • Arrange loading and coordinate freight
    • Coordinate agreed shipment-document inputs
    • Report shipment updates and issues

Frequently Asked Questions

What information do I need to start a sourcing project?

Share the product names, specifications, photos or drawings, expected quantities and destination market. Packaging, customization and delivery preferences also help. If details are not yet available, we can identify questions to clarify rather than assume a final specification.

Can FUTURE TECH source products from different industries?

You can submit requirements across different industries or categories beyond those shown on the website. Supplier options, technical needs and documentation are assessed for each request; a category listing is not a guarantee that every product can be sourced or approved for every market.

Can you coordinate multiple suppliers in one project?

Multi-supplier coordination can be included in the agreed scope. We organize item requirements, supplier communication, production milestones and readiness information, while you retain approval of samples, quotations and final purchasing decisions.

Do you provide factory audits and quality inspections?

Our China-based team conducts on-site factory audits and product inspections. Factory audits assess manufacturing capabilities and operating conditions, while product inspections check goods against approved specifications and samples. The scope and reporting requirements are agreed in advance. These inspections do not replace laboratory testing or product certification, and final acceptance remains with the buyer.

How are sourcing service fees determined?

Fees are confirmed according to the project's requirements and agreed support scope, including the services, coordination work and deliverables involved. This page does not publish a fixed rate or percentage. Request a scoped discussion before assuming any service or third-party cost is included.

Can you arrange shipping and consolidation?

Our own warehouse in China supports multi-factory receiving, consolidation and loading. International transport is coordinated with logistics providers. Cargo acceptance, customs responsibilities and any DDP arrangement need shipment-specific confirmation. Freight rates, clearance and transit times are not guaranteed.
