Supplier Sourcing FAQ

How do you find manufacturers in China?

We start with your product specifications, expected quantities and sourcing priorities. We research potential manufacturers, review available supplier information and compare relevant capabilities. A shortlist helps you decide which suppliers to explore further; initial screening does not replace an agreed factory audit or product test.

Can you source products that are not listed on your website?

Yes. Share your product description, drawings, specifications or reference images. The industry categories on our website are a starting point. We review each request to determine whether suitable sourcing support is available; we do not guarantee a supplier for every product.

Do you work with multiple suppliers for one project?

We can coordinate supplier research and communication across multiple products or suppliers. The number of suppliers, comparison criteria and any order management or consolidation work are agreed within the project scope.

Can you help compare quotations from different manufacturers?

We can organize initial quotations and clarify differences in specifications, quantities, packaging and stated commercial terms. Tooling, sample costs, shipping and other exclusions should be reviewed before selecting an offer. We do not guarantee a particular price or cost saving.

What information should I provide to start sourcing?

Please share the product description, specifications or drawings, expected quantities, customization needs, destination and preferred delivery schedule. Include target pricing and applicable quality or compliance requirements if known. Missing information can be discussed before defining the sourcing scope.
