WHAT WE DO

Connect Multiple Orders with a Practical Shipping Plan

Orders from different factories may have different readiness dates, packing formats and handover terms. Consolidation starts by understanding those differences before arranging collection or loading.

We coordinate supplier packing information, proposed consolidation and loading plans, export-document inputs and communication with freight forwarders. This shipping-stage service is distinct from tracking the production of each order.

OUR APPROACH

Our Shipping Consolidation Approach

  1. 01

    Map Shipment Requirements

Confirm origins, destination, goods details, readiness dates and proposed delivery terms.

  2. 02

    Plan Consolidation

Coordinate packing data, collection assumptions and a suitable handover plan with relevant parties.

  3. 03

    Align Documents and Loading

Review agreed document inputs and coordinate packing or loading questions before release.

  4. 04

    Follow Shipping Updates

Record forwarder updates and communicate changes or unresolved handover issues.

Consolidation depends on cargo compatibility, readiness, available facilities and forwarder acceptance. Shipment release, insurance and delivery responsibilities need explicit agreement.

Shipping & Consolidation FAQ

Can goods from several factories be shipped together?

A combined shipment can be discussed after reviewing cargo details, origins, readiness dates and packing requirements. Feasibility depends on compatibility, collection arrangements and freight-forwarder acceptance; it is not assumed for every order.

Can you coordinate different delivery terms?

We can discuss proposed terms with suppliers and freight partners. The agreed Incoterm, named place and allocation of costs and responsibilities must be confirmed for the shipment. DDP is not assumed to be available in every destination.

Are customs clearance, rates and arrival dates guaranteed?

No. Freight quotations and transit estimates depend on the route, cargo and booking conditions. Customs decisions and destination requirements are outside a blanket service guarantee and must be checked for the specific shipment.

What information is needed to plan consolidation?

Start with supplier locations, product and cargo descriptions, carton counts, dimensions, weights, expected readiness dates, destination and proposed delivery terms. Missing data should be confirmed before finalizing the plan.
